Summer party .....

Tonight Matteo's daycare hosted a summer potluck party with entertainment. Junkyard Symphony was great and it was also great to watch Matteo sitting in the front row watching and participating in the show with clapping, for at least 20 minutes of their 30 minute show.  I have never seen him in a classroom setting and not wandering off somewhere.  He was great until something in the show scared him and his caregiver picked him up and transferred him to me. The entertainment was excellent with lots of audience participation. The children and even some of the parents got to dress up and be silly.  The evening was beautiful and perfect.  After the entertainment there was a potluck buffet to share.  A great event and a beautiful end to the week.
